General description
An innovative residential complex is being created in Alyki, the southernmost village of Paros island, which belongs to Cyclades islands group in the Aegean Sea in Greece.
It is located at the entrance of the village (on the first plot of Alyki's plan) in an ideal location.
It consists of 2 buildings. Each building will have 8 apartments of around 55–65 sq. meters.
Four of them are on the ground floor and 4 on the 1st floor.
The total area of the apartments in each building is 450 sq.m. without including underground spaces (play-rooms and communal areas).
The ground floor apartments will also have an underground play-room and a privately-owned garden.
The 1st floor apartments have balconies and a storage room in the basement.
All apartments have parking spaces.
Communal parts
Pool: Large outdoor pool.
Gym and wellness facilities: In the basement of a building there will be a gym with fitness equipment for sharing between the owners.
The wellness space will also include a sauna, jacuzzi, and steam bath.
So co-owners will be able to enjoy some conveniences which only those who have big villas can afford.
The complex will also include a meeting room for residents where there can be some board games, books, and magazines.
Digital Amenities – Gadgets
The apartments will have locks that can be controlled from afar (and even abroad) and even without the need for internet connection!
Glasses will change from transparent to opaque with remote control ('magic glass').
Security cameras will allow owners to see their properties from afar.
In general, apartments will respond to the term 'smart home'.
Position
There is a supermarket at a 2 -minute walk away, the bakery “Alyki Oven”, and the fruit shop “The Alyki Garden” the largest of their kind in Alyki.
200 meters there are community tennis, football and basketball fields, as well as a playground for children.
The closest beach with a large sandy beach is 300 meters away. Alyki has 2 more beaches (one inside the village and one just outside), while at a short distance of 5–10 minutes by car there are others beaches (Faraggas, Voutakos, etc.).
Alyki also has a boat marina, many taverns, and bars.
In the center of the settlement there are also shops that cover various needs.
Alyki is 14 km from the capital of the island, and 5 km from the airport.
Post-sale services
The complex will have a Caretaker who will be looking after the buildings.
During the time that the owners of the flats will be absent he will be able to provide services to them such as repairs to their flats,
or care to rent the apartments (through Airbnb for example)
Completion
Completion of building 1 is expected by October 2024 and of building 2 a few months later.
